The Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP) is a non-profit organization that provides high-quality, no-cost civil legal services to survivors of domestic violence throughout King County, Washington, and to low-income residents of East and Northeast King County. King County Councilmember Kathy Lambert was the moving keynote speaker who spoke of her own experience as a survivor of domestic violence. A woman of remarkable courage, Councilmember Lambert has worked tirelessly to protect victims of domestic violence. Lisa was proud to help celebrate ELAP’s 25 years of service to our community.
